728-8550 to speak with our eligibility/intake staff to determine if you are eligible. Proof of income is required.
- Between the ages of 40 to 64 for clinical breast exam screening and mammogram referral
- Between the ages of 18 to 64 for cervical screening
- Meet income guidelines – 250% of federal poverty level
- Resident of Carteret County
- No private insurance, Medicaid or Medicare
Services Provided:
- Clinical breast exam and pap test
- Instruction in breast self-exam
- Referral for mammogram
- Referral to doctor for any abnormal findings
